August, 2002

Updated all six pages to include Lindamood-Bell™ programs (LBLP) with trademarks and service marks. (From M. McGann, Attorney) the six pages updated: Tutors page , Specialize Education Methods , Summer Camp , Disability Links , Types of Educational Tests and homepage .
Added 3 books to the Recommended Books page:

June, 2002

Added three videos to the Recommended Videos page , The Explosive Child Videotape (from M.B.) , The Out-Of-Sync Child Videotape, and 1-2-3 Magic videotape with a link to Amazon.com.
Corrected the Learning Disabilities Association of Massachusetts (LDAM) website address (URL), (from R.B., SEVENtwentyfour Inc)
Added 3 links on the Disabilities Organizations page for Council for Learning Disabilities (CLD) and Learning Disabilities Network (LDN).
Added 2 links to Goal and Objective samples from other system schools, on the to our Measurable Goals page.
Updated Time Factors page, the amount of time parents have to response to the school (30 days, even during the summer months and vacations). (thanks to M. Diskin research).
Added a link to the RJ Cooper & Associates - Special Education and Resources (For people and children of all ages with Special Needs) website to the Tools & Technologies page (request of Wayne).
Updated our Winter Activates page, corrected some spelling errors on ski resorts names (from J.A.).
Updated our Summer Camp page, corrected some phone numbers (from C.G.) and added Creative Adventures at Academy MetroWest and The Hale Reservation Summer Day Camp.

May, 2002

Added 4 school website addresses/links: Oak Meadow Montessori, Lexington Montessori, Parker Charter School, and Murdock Middle Public Charter School to the School Page.
Added links to What is an IEP page , for the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), added the Federal definition: Federal Register, 34 CFR Part 303, Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities (Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and added a links to an article for more information about IFSP and another about difference between IFSP and IEP).
Added Jan Yeh to the Evaluators page , under two sections: Educational Evaluation and Language & Speech Evaluation.
Added a User friendly summary of (CPS), K-8 report for members to view, print and send us their comments. It's 16 pages and link is on our homepage .
Update Willard Schools' special education staff, Who's Who page with information from Willard School website and input from our members.
Added a link to the AbilityHub website to the Tools & Technologies page (request of D.G. webmaster). This has Assistive Technology for people with a disability who find operating a computer difficult, maybe even impossible.
Added Joann Frankhouser to the Evaluators page , under Neuropsychological Evaluations section.

April, 2002

Updated the School Page , by adding the Walker School. Updated the Community Therapeutic Day School, and Carroll, age/grade served.
Added a new link to the Disabilities Page , under Collection of links ( Special Ed Watchdog Nation (SEWN) .
Add the age range for Woodcock Reading Mastery Test-Revised (WRMT-R) and Diagnostic Assessment of Reading (DRA) Types of Educational tests page.
Updated grammar and spelling (from S.T., Harvard PAC ) on the following pages: What is an IEP page , Reviewing your Child's IEP's , Time Factors page , and summer services (Extended School, ESY).
Added information regarding MCAS (IEP page 7) and the added the link to DOE MCAS website.

March, 2002

Added a another ESY court case link, to the summer services (Extended School Year, ESY) page and enhance the descriptions of the six factors for ESY.
Added Concord Public Schools (CPS), K-8 report and the Concord Carlisle Regional High School (CCHS), 9-12 report from the Department Of Education (100 pages each) access on our homepage (in PDF format).
Added four new links to the Disabilities Page , 2 under LD ( SchwabLearning and LD Basics ), 2 under Autism (Families for Early Autism Treatment-FEAT and Autism Center) .
Added six new SPED PAC that are on-line Boylston, Brookline, Canton, Framingham, Lenox, and Newton to the Massachusetts SPED PAC's On-line page (thanks to M. Hangis).
Added Minuteman ARC to the Mass. Organization page.
Added Vision Therapy links to the Therapy page (from Dr. Libbey's presentation.).
Added our Award graphic from Wrightlaws to the homepage .

February, 2002

Added the three links to the Specialized School page , article on looking for schools (from S.A. ), PFRR website (now on two pages of our website) and added a link to our School Consultant page.
Added the Parent Team Meeting Notes example page.
Added two disabilities to the Disabilities Page , Bio Polar and Mental Health.
Added 3 more software programs and a list of 5 organizations to the Tools & Technologies page (from D.M., CETT team, ACCEPT and CASE Collaboratives).
Reformatted the Tools & Technologies page, due to all the additions. (A.W.)
Added Vision Therapy to the Therapy page (from S.A.).
Update the message guidelines on Concord SPED PAC Discussion List page.
Added the website size (the number of pages) of each of the Massachusetts SPED PAC's On-line.

January, 2002

Added a Massachusetts SPED PAC's On-line page , and replaced the list of PAC's that were on the Favorite Links page and Mass. Organization page with a link to this new page (the same information is not on two different pages).
Update AD-IN contact information, added a link to the Federation workshops, and reorganized the information, on the Local Parent Education page .
Added two new SPED PAC that are on-line Hanover and Dartmouth to Massachusetts SPED PAC's On-line page .
Added the DOE Advisory , about change to FAPE, to the homepage .
Added our February presentation to the homepage .
Updated Google's site search to reflect our name the search result page.
Updated Specialize Educational Methods page, added writing.
Updated the homepage corrected spelling (A.W.).

Added two links to Reviewing your Child's IEP's that point to the DOE's Annotated IEP Checklist and revised IEP Process Guide (June 2001).
Update per the Federation in regard to the Section 504 page (removed, "written plan may not be required")
Updated Types of evaluations page , to include Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS)
Added a link to the Sample Letter and Charts page that points to the actual state rates list for evaluations / testing (in PDF format).
Updated PFRR information on the Massachusetts Organizations page
Split the Recommended book page into two separate pages, to help with loading time. (One page for Advocacy, Parenting Difficult & Defiant Children, Learning issues and Reading Issues . The other page for books on disabilities .)

November, 2001

Updated Therapists page , with Boston University , Sergeant Clinic contact information.
Added two more parent support groups, to the Local Parent Education programs page . TAWK and 'Parents Helping Parents'.
Added three references to the Types of Educational tests page (an article, slide show and book).
Update Concord School staff, Who's Who page with the new Special Educational Director, Elementary Secretary (PreK-8)
Reformatted and updated the Disabilities Organizations page
Started to reformat the test information on the Types of Educational tests page, completed 3 out of 18 the test (e.g. Woodcock-Johnson, Kaufmann, WIAT).
On the Samples of Measurable Goals , added the reference to Wrightslaw article the samples came from.
Updated Doctors page, with definitions of Psychiatrist and Psychologist.
Update Tutors page , with information regarding Rich Mangano description.
